I'd be inclined to call Titantic 2 a mashup of (re-edited) DiCaprio films as some of the original narrative is re-used (e.g. Titanic is still part of the new narrative). This does raise the question of how much sampling has to be involved before you can call something a re-edit over and above just sampling.
Not sure if there is any direct sampling of Nintendo content in the Super Mario video. The audio perhaps? On the whole might this be considered more of a re-make?
